A Seder is more than a meal — it is memory, tradition and belonging.
The true cost of hosting our Seder is £60 per guest. Thanks to generous donors who have chosen to “pay it forward” this Pesach, we are able to keep tickets more affordable.
When booking, please consider helping someone else attend. It’s just £25 to support one person, £50 for two, £75 for three, or £100 for four.
Together, we can make sure everyone has a place at the table.

Arctic Circle Half Marathon

Rabbi Mendy will be running a Half Marathon in the Arctic Circle, where endless pine forests, vast open skies, and the haunting stillness of the Arctic amplify every step of the challenge.
The Passover Seder in Islington for 200 people requires lots of planning, logistics and funds. Whilst 50% of the costs are covered by ticket sales, we need to fundraise for the rest.
Like everything else in our community, we always look for ways to add a touch of original creativity. In the cool, unpredictable northern air, Rabbi Mendy will confront not only the distance but the raw scale of the landscape itself—an endurance test set against one of the most remote and powerful environments in Finland.
The fundraising target of £100 per kilometre x 21 kilometre = £2100 will ensure that the Pesach Seder will remain affordable to anyone that wishes to join for Passover, including students and low income families.
