A more informal take on Friday Night Dinner, our Shabbat Happy Hour includes a buffet supper to make it easier to move around the room and meet more people.
Sunday 15 July, 12.30pm
Join the community on our borough's Jewish history. We will visit important sites of the historic Jewish community, including where the North London Synagogue once stood, and find out more about the beginnings, Golden Age, pause, and rebirth of the Jewish community of Islington.
Thursday 19 July, 6pm
This exclusive tour will be led by Frances Jeens , Head of Learning at the Jewish Museum. It will include an introduction to the museum and collection, highlight tour of the galleries, and a special behind-the-scenes look at rarely-seen objects from the stores. Afterwards we will move to a lovely nearby pub for discussion, drinks and socialising.
Saturday 21 July, 10pm
Join us for this solemn, commemorative evening. The service will be followed by a screening of Son of Saul (2015), an award-winning Hungarian film.
