For this exhibition, Orna uses a form of intuitive escapism — an act of visual expression that emerged when words could no longer contain what she was feeling.
Much like the cry of the soul on Yom Kippur, these works arise from a place beyond language — a deep, internal call seeking connection with something higher.
The series is characterised by interlocking organic shapes that flow across each canvas, creating a sense of movement and visual rhythm.
These forms were not planned, but surfaced instinctively — guided by emotion rather than intention—as part of a meditative, spiritual process.
Their rhythmic patterns echo inner thoughts, memory fragments, and emotional tides, evoking the nonlinear, soul-searching journey of introspection.
In this way, the art becomes a visual tefillah — a prayer — calling from the depths of the soul toward the deepest connection with G-d.
