Shabbat Morning Experience with Guest Speaker Mike Bluestone

In honour of Hate Crime Awareness Week, we will be hosting a guest speaker Mike Bluestone. Mike grew up in Islington and will share what the Jewish community was like in the 1950s to late 1970s with specific focus on Poet's Road Synagogue. Also, with his vast expertise in security, he will lead a conversation on living and feeling safe without fear in the Borough. 

The user-friendly, explanatory services at Chabad of Islington are open to all. We realise that Services should not just be about Prayer — it's a learning experience. At various points the Rabbi will pause for an explanation or insight into the depth of the liturgy we use.

No experience necessary. So whether you've been going to Synagouge since you were a kid, or if this is your first time, you can feel right at home!
