About the event
Event to commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day
Participate in the ‘book club’ style discussion of Night, one of the most famous books on the Holocaust, written by Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel in 1960. It was described by Oprah Winfrey as 'Through his eyes, we witness the depths of both human cruelty and human grace―and we're left grappling with what remains of Elie, a teenage boy caught between the two. I gain courage from his courage’.
The event will take place at Rooms 5-6 of Islington Town Hall.
