About the event

Our very own Rabbi Mendy is dipping his toes into stand-up to raise funds, for a permanent Torah Scroll, to be housed in Islington's only synagogue. The scroll will be inscribed in memory of compassionate lawyer, Julian Young, whose humour brought light upon all those who met him and whose memory will live on in the inscription of the scroll. The scroll will also benefit the wider community, as Julian would have wished, in the borough of  Islington - home to to his beloved Arsenal FC.

Please come and be entertained for the very best of causes.

All ticket sales will go towards raising funds for the Torah scroll. The program on the night will contain a nice mixture of original humor and traditional Jewish jokes. Both are guaranteed to leave attendees with a smile on their face for the week ahead!
