About the event
Discover a Chanukah menu, inspired by Eastern European cuisine's Kapusta recipe book. Alissa will share some background about the specialities and how they relate to Chanukah and its customs.
Join our friendly, international crowd, meet fellow Islington Jews, and connect with Judaism over a warm Friday Night Dinner filled with song, laughter and inspiration.
The evening begins at 7.30pm with Kabbalat Shabbat and is followed by an excellent homemade meal with fresh challah. Our menu is based on traditional Jewish recipes with a modern twist.
Almost all our Shabbat guests make a donation to help us cover our costs, but if you’re not able to that’s quite alright, just email us to let us know.
